Hotel conversion in Harrogate

Project details

We converted a small boutique hotel in Harrogate to form four luxury apartments which provided a mix of one, two and three bed dwellings, within a short walking distance from Harrogate centre.

We redesigned and remodelled an earlier approved scheme, gained planning consent and negotiated with the contractor to complete the work on site.
