We are planning a new eco house in York which will incorporate a ground source heat pump, solar panels with battery storage and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.

The principles employed in the sustainable development of the proposed unit will seek to accord with best practice and the local policy requirements, subject to their ability to be achieved.
